DESCRIPTION:Feldenkrais® and Embodied Life Retreat\, Knoxville\, TN\, January 6\, 2018\, led by Brenda Rasch\, PT\, PC \nThis will be a great introduction to the essential elements of Embodied Life: Feldenkrais movement lessons\, sitting and walking meditation\, and guided inquiry practices. We will explore these with an atmosphere of lightness\, joy\, and restorative presence. Limited to 18 participants \nLocation: To be determined\, in west Knoxville. \nSchedule: 9am – 5:30pm with one hour lunch break on site.
