It consists of movement sequences that engage the nervous system leaving you feeling more peaceful\, at ease and connected in body\, mind and spirit. No prior experiences needed or required. \n$5 donation suggested to help cover guest’s costs. You can pay in cash or person the night of the offering. \nBrenda Rasch will lead this offering. She is a local holistic physical therapist. In addition to her practice as a physical therapist\, Brenda is a gifted practitioner of Healing Touch and Feldenkrais.
