Cultivating Contentment, Tazewell, TN, April 26-29, 2018

April 26, 2018 @ 8:00 am - April 29, 2018 @ 5:00 pm

This is a gorgeous retreat center nestled in a bend of the Powell River, surrounded by water on 3 sides. If our weekend is warm there will be an option for canoeing or kayaking, in addition to hiking, birdwatching, and stargazing. Late spring is the perfect time to get on the water or enjoy the wildflowers.
Schedule: This retreat is currently scheduled for April 26-29, 2018. The retreat begins with dinner Thursday evening and ends with lunch on Sunday. Silence is observed each evening through breakfast the following day, and all day Saturday. There are morning and evening meditations. Class time is spent in various experiential exercises, guided inquiry, movement lessons and conversation and talks. There is also unscheduled time each day allowing for ample breaks for self reflection, reading, journaling, napping, walking and hiking.
Tuition: One payment of $295 or 3 monthly payments of $100.
